As much as my past experience sucked at this pharmacy, lately since summer of ‘24 the staff has been consistently amazing, very helpful and understanding. I am so glad this local pharmacy has turned it around.

The pharmacy has been understaffed for over ten years and no amount of emailing will engender a response. Forget phoning them; they won't answer. I've used the Greenwood, University Village, and Green Lake stores before giving up on Bartell. It's just another family-run business I'm going to miss.
