“Trinity market is the best!! I get sandwiches here every other week, and they are delicious (and come with a pickle). Also, the family who owns it is so, so nice. They know the orders of their regulars and are generally extremely friendly and helpful. The text-in-your-order option is also so convenient. Absolutely love this spot, definitely worth supporting / buying from them!”

Not overwhelmingly busy when I went, as I've experienced in other TJ's locations. Clean and organized despite the foot traffic.

“Trader Joe’s is the best place for me to buy anything from there. Because it’s so much cheaper, better quality stuff for me. It’s also very good for the price of groceries. I loved to shop there when I was in Pittsburgh and continue to shop here in Seattle!
I was so happy when I found out that there are many Trader Joe’s in the area. They’ve got a variety of great deals on frozen food like pizza, dessert options and other stuff that you could buy. They also have some great vegan options for the price range you could buy. The best part is that they have quite a bit of options from the foreigners (countries) that you could buy. One’s of my favorite frozen food was shrimp’s paste on the sugarcane!! OMG it was delicious!!!!!

“I have decided that every Trader Joe's has its own personality.
Yes, it's Trader Joe's. Yes, you'll find many of the same favorites from one store to another. But somehow each location still manages to feel a little different, and the West Seattle Trader Joe's has its own vibe.
And believe me, I know my Trader Joe's. 😂 I've shopped at them from the West Coast to the East Coast, north to south—or is it north to south and then west to east? Either way, I've been to A LOT of Trader Joe's.
For a grocery chain that isn't actually worldwide, it certainly feels like it has worldwide recognition. And thanks to those famous—or should I say inFAMOUS—Trader Joe's bags, the brand has somehow developed a culture all its own.
What keeps me coming back, though, is the food.
Trader Joe's is one of my favorite places to shop when I'm trying to eat healthier without handing over my entire paycheck at the register. There are always interesting choices, plenty of reasonably priced staples, and something new that somehow ends up in my cart even though it definitely wasn't on my shopping list.
Do they have everything? No.
Do they have close enough to everything that I somehow leave with a full bag anyway? Absolutely.
The West Seattle location continues what I've come to expect from Trader Joe's: helpful people, a good selection, reasonable prices, and an atmosphere that doesn't make grocery shopping feel like a chore. The employees generally seem genuinely happy to be there, which makes a difference.
After visiting so many Trader Joe's around the country, I can honestly say it's rare that I find one I don't like.
West Seattle, you're another good one.
Now excuse me while I figure out how I came in for three things and somehow left with two bags of groceries and something I've never eaten before. 😂”
“It’s not just a market, it has a deli that serves amazing hot sandwiches and that why I love to go there. My favorite is Reuben Sandwich and my family loves others such as Cuban etc. the coffee there is great too as they provide Oatmilk and Vanilla flavored coffee mate in the jugs for u to use if u want. There’s seats for u to eat there and amazing hot soups too! The service is friendly and fast. U just need to order, pay at the cashier and I about 10 mins, you’ll get your sandwiches. I love their cheeses too! Many to choose from and the variety is amazing and impressive! I also love their coffee cake!!”

“Good prices, good selection, perfect place to grab study snacks for the library. Theyve got an atm too if you need cash for the library printer (its kinda ancient tho so processing takes a minute). Also a small selection of otc medicines. Its everything a bodega/diner should be except a rectangle 🩷”
“My favorite local produce stand -- their prices are super reasonable, often cheaper than the grocery store. They have a small clearance section, a nice selection of drinks and random snacks to try, and honey sticks at the register sometimes!”
“I love that stores like this exist. It's a super neat and well organized shop. However, I got a mason jar of chocolate chips that came out to a shocking $30! Otherwise, everything else seemed like a fair price. Will likely be more careful about pricing next time i shop here!”

“These people are nice. I like this store and this neighborhood despite it's shortcoming. Very helpful and friendly staff. Unique food selection (if you have not been to a PCC). High quality goods organic, natural, and locally sourced. It's basically NPR if NPR was a grocery store. It's a CO-OP, SO THEY partner with farms and manufacturer to cut out the middle man and bring you affordable artisan goods, food stuffs and produce.
You know, NPR without the donation drive. Actually. I'm not 100 that they don't have donation drive to sustain themselves, I'm not that informed about their business goings-on and what-not.

“Constantly surprised by the amazing selection of this small neighborhood store, including organics and more high end items, beer, wine, and my kids love the candy and ice cream and stuffed animals ?.”
“Most recently got Bob's Red Mill instant oatmeal, and right when I went to make for kiddo saw it expired 03/2026. That's 4 months ago. During the same trip I got pre-packaged salted cashews from bulk. The expiration said 01/2027, but they were stale and rancid (a couple others tasted to make sure it wasn't just me and agreed). If I could give 3.5 I would bc this kind of thing has happened a few times now.”

“Love this shop...have been in a handful of times, and the last time I got to meet the owner Sabra who is sweet and friendly. I took my time browsing all the beautiful spices and learned that borage is a good tea for inflammation. This time I got some cumin, curry leaf, hot chili powder, and daal. I can't believe the prices are so low, I will be coming here from now on to stock up on my spices :)”

“It’s not just a 5 star sandwich place it’s a place I feel genuinely lucky to have in my neighborhood. Nice little beer and wine selection too. The pro move is to call ahead for the sandwich, the best move is to tell a friend, spread the good news about great sandwiches.
I even brought my silly vegetarian friend here once and got the vegi Ruben so we could trade sandwich halves, and even that was great. Without meat!?!?”
