great, made me wait in line while they sign up customers, second time this week!!!never had this problem before!!!!!!who trained the staff to stop all customers???

Not sure how good the actual wash is, but with my 1up rack on the back of the car they wouldn't let me through; pretty lame that a slim rack would throw off their process that much. Price seems good and it moves quick enough.EDIT: owner followed up with more info, guess I'll take off the rack and give them another shot.
