Iāve got a membership for my new 2025 car at the Brown Beer car wash, and itās really a great car wash. Our cars get cleaned very well, and the staff is excellent and hardworking. However, thereās one issue: the towels they use to dry the cars are in poor condition, and Iāll attach some photos to show you. Please pay attention to this, because it can damage our vehicles. Other than that, Iām very satisfied with the Brownveer car wash. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Brown Bear Car Wash I took my brand-new 2026 car through, and the wash left visible scratches on the paint. A car this new should not be coming out of a car wash in worse condition than it went in. For a company that prides itself on being āsafe for your car,ā this is unacceptable. If you care about your vehicleāespecially a newer oneāI strongly recommend avoiding this car wash.

I have a membership here and I love the service. I've had my rear windshield wipers torn off twice, but it's still worth it.

My car's exterior has never been cleaner. The 22 year old wheels were scrubbed within an inch of their lives and looked so good, thieves stole two of them the following week. I am not kidding.
Yes, this Brown Bear can wash your car (wheels) enviously clean.
It can also damage the accent stripping on the roof, make sure it's secure. I had one flopping around when I came out and one of the people popped it back into place.
What I didn't realize at the time is that the washer completely yanked the weather strip completely off of the other side, lol. After seeing how dirty that was under it, I kind of wished the other one had been completely stripped off too.
I was really happy with the end result, I didn't even get upset about the weather stripping.

I tried using a vacuum machine here and after I paid $5, it didn't work at all. There was no sign on the machine indicating it didn't work. I asked for a refund or at least another cycle for free at a different machine. The staff said they couldn't help me. Also, once I went through the car wash and a nail deflated my tire. The attendant saw and it told me. However, after I was out of the car wash no one would talk to me or help me.

A random 16% increase in the price? Are they going to blame tariffs as though they can't buy soap made in the US? Looks like it's time to search for another car wash.

I really like Brown Bear Car Wash. The drive-through is fast, simple, and does a great job getting my car clean. Itās super convenient when Iām on the go, and the wash always leaves my car looking shiny. One of the best spots to keep your car fresh in Seattle.

Dear [Car Wash Name] Management,
I am a regular customer and a member with multiple vehicles at your car wash. Today, during my visit, I witnessed something that left me deeply concerned. I saw one of your employees, a woman I have known from previous visits, who has always been professional, kind, and helpful to customers.
From what I observed, it appeared that she had just been let go from her position. She was visibly upset and crying, and later drove away quickly. I do not know the reasons behind this decision, but I wanted to share my experience as a loyal customer who has always appreciated her service.
This employee has consistently provided excellent customer care and has contributed positively to my experience at your business. I hope that management will take into account her dedication and professionalism, and if possible, communicate with her to better understand the situation.
I value the service your business provides, and I believe employees like her help create the positive environment that keeps customers returning.
