Overall positive experience! One hiccup was they misread or missed the fuel level upon my returning the car and charged me extra, but when I went back and asked about this they were quick to correct and refund.

Business hours pick up and return only. Accessible location but restrictive hours are a hassle.

Long wait times. Waited an hour to get the car which was not the class we had reserved. Was dirty inside and out and so banged up. Took awhile to take all the photos of the pre-existing damage.
