Awful. Don’t add to your moving stress by booking here. Booked a truck 4 weeks out, 2 days before they call to say cargo vans only. We agreed to this and when we showed up at 8 am on the day to pick it up the office was closed. They didn’t show for 20 minutes with no explanation or apology.
