They have a generous return policy considering they sell used items. I've purchased a classroom pull down map and solid wood furniture. It was no hassle to coordinate with an outside logistics company to have the furniture delivered. 10/5 stars.”

“Nice little hardware/lumber store right off of the west Seattle bridge.
I do construction and have had a couple jobsites right in the area. When weve needed something in a hurry and didn't want to drive all the way up Delridge to home depot this store usually has what I've needed. It might be a little bit more expensive on SOME items compared to the other big chain stores, when you weigh the price VS downtime and loss of production if you went else where it's usually worth the quick trip here over other places.”

“I absolutely love this place. I have always gone to home depot and lowes and they make me feel like a dumb woman and have absolutely no customer service. The guys at Alki+Marine always listen to me, and they don't gave me a hard time when I bring in my Pinterest ideas. They also delivered my supplies the next day at absolutely no cost! I was honestly shocked. No one does anything for free now a days. Anyway, I will only shop at Alki+Marine from now on. Thanks so much guys!!!”

“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”
