Charbonneau Luxury Apartments is a hidden gem in Seattle, central to fine parks, shops, and cultural landmarks. The building is terrific to live in, just off Capitol Hill, so it is quiet and feels residential yet close to fun amenities. The apartments are clean, with updated appliances, spotless interiors, and are comfortable to call home. The management team is amazing, kind, caring, responsive, and professional. They take great care of the building and want to keep good relationships with tenants, with modest rent increases. The community is eclectic with great neighbors. Residents describe their experience as exceptional and love living there, with many staying for multiple years. It is considered an affordable option in a premium location.
Been here for three plus years and love it. Quiet, clean and well taken care of by the management team. Shout out to Ron and Rick for being amazing!

The building is terrific to live in, just off of Capitol Hill, so it's quiet, yet close to fun amenities. Rent increases are modest, and they want to keep good relationships with their tenants. The building manager and leasing office staff are kind, caring, and responsive. I've been here two years and plan to stay.

I really enjoy this place. Great location. Cap Hill but First Hill vibe. Really great staff and better neighbours. (I know of only one Karen. Not bad for a place this size.) The apts can be very comfortable to call home. I do live here... 3 yrs.
