Everyone working here is super helpful, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. I had an issue with my card that took days to resolve, and the staff in the branch worked patiently with me to figure out what was going on and made many calls on my behalf to resolve the issue.

The service at this branch is really great. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I went there for opening a new chase account for my wife and Wendy was so patient and explained everything with great details and was very helpful.
