I always come to this location because a teller names Summer who is extremely high knowledgeable, and super friendly. I strongly recommend everyone to come here.

I had a great experience with a man I believe whose name is David, regional manager. He helped me deposit a lot of coins and cash and made me feel welcomed as well as provided great conversation through the process. I really appreciate all of that.

Mary, who I assume is the Lead Teller or Teller Supervisor, has consistently given fabulous customer service for the years I’ve been in Capitol Hill and visiting this Chase branch. She has a warm demeanor and caring aura that is seldom found in customer service and is genuinely helpful.
