Derek T helped me open a checking account and was extremely informative! I couldn't have asked for more from a Chase banking representative. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of how buggy Chase's website and signup process was. Without Derek I would have gotten frustrated and gone to another institution.

I went in to buy a few rolls of quarters and they where so nice!! They seemed so happy to help me. Ive tried to get rolls of quarters from other banks and since i wasn't a member they told me no but this bank had no problem with helping me. Awesome customer service and great atmosphere!!
