This is our go to place whne traveling from the Olympia/Seattle area to Ellensburg/Yakima area. They have great fuel prices and a good selection of foods, snacks and beverages. Bathroom on site for a quick stop (but is limited to one person per gender - this place is busy enough to expand to at least 3-4 stalls per bathroom.)
