My husband and I went in today to buy 4 dining room chairs for about $1200. We were told to go home and get the physical credit card because they couldn’t look up our account. For some reason the account that I’ve used to buy furniture and paid the bills online couldn’t be looked up. I can log in from my phone but the folks working there can’t find my account? Besides this, which stores like Gap and Nordstrom do every day, the basic costume service at this store is so bad. We walked around for 20 minutes at 1pm on a Wednesday, obviously trying out chairs and comparing, lots of store associates talking to each other, but no one said a single word to us. I just don’t get it. Business so good you can ignore customers? We walked over to Room and Board and were greeted immediately.

The general manager Todd was harsh. I drove to this specific location to pick up an item and they did not have it in stock. I would need to order it in store. I asked if he could waive the shipping to my home for either color of the item and he refused and said that I could just come to the store and pick it up. I am pregnant by the way, so trying to minimize my long distance driving. Skip this location.

We ordered a dining table and made an appointment for delivery. The delivery itself takes 149+tax. They arrived today, only to find that they don't have the right screws to assemble the table. I had to call custom service afterwards and they said the warehouse is already off work and they can only contact warehouse on Monday to have the screws shipped to me. I can only schedule another assembly after that.This is so disappointing as I've just got rid of my old dining table yesterday (so that it's easier for them to assemble the new table), and now I'm left with a bunch of pieces in my living room without a dining table, and I have no idea how much longer it will take to get things right. I've got all kinds of furniture from all types of stores, Crate & Barrel is one of the expensive brands. I can't believe they made such a mistake that could have been easily avoided (I've never seen issues like this even for items from IKEA), and this is causing customers lots of inconvenience.UPDATES: I called and emailed Crate & Barrel the same day of delivery (Saturday) (apparently they won't do anything until I do so). In the phone call they told me the warehouse is already off-work, and they'll get this addressed and update me the first thing Monday morning. In the email they told me they'll get back to me in 1 - 2 days. And now it's Tuesday night. Nothing happened. No calls. No emails. I sent a follow-up email this morning and no response. I guess they really don't care about their customers. Maybe the experience would have been smooth if things all go well. But if they didn't bring the right pieces/screws (like what happened to us), good luck.

Leanne was so helpful with helping us purchase our king duvet and duvet cover. She made it very easy for us and we got exactly what we were looking for! Also, it was easy to find what we needed.

Ordered several pieces of furnitures from Crate & Barrel at University Village. When I received, there were 3 of them either wrong items or with obvious flaws. I asked for replacements, but when the replacements came, they were damaged. Recently had my 3rd time replacement delivery, but the furniture still had large flaws like stains/dents. Never received any follow ups from the store, every time need to call / ask to get the updates of the replacements. The items are expensive, but the quality and service obviously not at the same level.

Cool place no one seemed to want to help us. After 20 minutes we gave up and left. Too bad. We had cash and wanted to buy.

Always a great shopping experience! I love coming in for kitchen items. The glassware I have bought here is gorgeous and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Nobody believes the highball glasses were less than $10! Crate & Barrel is also a great place to get wood accents if you like teak and acacia home goods.

I wish I could say it was a good experience coming inside this store, but some older lady with a bunch of makeup named Heather kept following us around the store like we were trying to steal something so we left due to how uncomfortable she made us feel

Hello recently went here with my girlfriend to shop for furniture and kitchenware for our new apartment. There was one staff member who was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Sadly it ended with her. Every other staff member we encountered was very hostile and unwelcoming making us feel like our business was not wanted or we did not belong there. After being made to feel this way, we left immediately and are apprehensive about doing any kind of business with Crate and Barrel now or anytime in the future.

We have bought several furniture items from Crate and Barrel over the years and the quality has been good. The items we saw in the show room recently did not meet our expectations for general quality at the price point.

Crate and Barrel is nice for kitchen wear and decor. We always buy our counter appliances here. They sell Breville among some other nice brands. The pots and pans selection is good too.

Please please please ask and make sure you getting a very clear and written agreement before you order any furniture from this store. I ordered my infinite setea back in March and they promised it would be delivered in 17 weeks. I still haven't received it. It has been 7 months and they still don't know when it will be delivered. No apologies, no email or txt communication for delays. It looks like they do it so much they don't even think they should apologize for it. When we moved to our new home, we purchased almost all our furniture new. All the furnitures from macy's, Ashely, Dianna has arrived on time, but This store is a legend in keeping their promise. Please don't let the fancy look of the store full you, they just don't know what they doing. I waited such a long time, I'm not sure if I need to wait to to cancel. So confused
