Needed help with understanding drug cost. Dismissed by the pharmacist and would not help me and told to come back later. Really sad after coming here for awhile.

Doing the best with what they got. Call first to see if your prescription is ready/being processed, but be ready for there to be a miscommunication. They’re understaffed, (likely) underpaid and over worked. Charge your headphones, bring a book, pack your patience like you would for any health care experience.

The core pharmacy staff we worked with deserve all the stars for their kindness and patience given the extreme dysfunction of the CVS app and other external services offered through the store. It’s obvious they have to deal with a lot.
