Very unprofessional, rude everytime we visit. I ask all people to do business any where else.

Needed help with understanding drug cost. Dismissed by the pharmacist and would not help me and told to come back later. Really sad after coming here for awhile.

I have to feel sorry for the few who still work there and absolute anger for the illegal street drug enthusiasts who have shoplifted it bare. Such a disappointing first and last visit. I predict closure very soon. Then what.

this is the worst store ever! I’ve never had this experience with a pharmacy. Customer service is horrible. Then they charge me for a medication that I don’t even need and I didn’t realize what I was paying for. They didn’t explain it and they won’t take it back or refund my money. Do not stop CVS. Worst company worse service worst everything about it waiting in line forever manager or pharmacist name Elliot I walked in with another woman at the same exact time write it I guess before they’re going to lunch he helped her and told me I had to wait. These people are horrible. This corporation is the worst never had this kind of experience before in any other pharmacy.

Hello,Yesterday (1/17/2024) we visited CVS pharmacy at 2100 N 45th St. Seattle WA 98103 and Xeena received us to take photos for our 2 week old daughter’s passport. As burdensome and arduous this task seemed to be, she was so wonderful, caring, patient, creative and went above and beyond to make it happen. After multiple fail attempts to meet the requirement, she suggested to use one of the white project boards and lay down baby on it for the convenience. Baby was much happier and we finally got the shot we needed. We are so appreciative of her and her flexibility to accomplish this almost impossible task. Thank you very much Xeena!

My parents have reported (3 visits) inability buying Aetna insurance plan items with their quarterly $100 credit. They report the staff as otherwise friendly and resigned during two incidents they witnessed of their new moniker for the store, ComeVisitSteal. While they're shaken by the rapid progress toward the just society they preached of to their child - where basic staples are supplied non gratis - I'm hoping if I get them a green bag with the Just Walk Out slogan, they'll be able to leave the store with the extra toothpaste and generics they went to pick up a few weeks ago.

Come on everyone, I thought these folks were great! My family and I all got our vax at the pharmacy and they were fast and professional. Then we did a little shopping and the folks at the front were all very friendly and nice. Working retail is a tough gig and frankly I was pretty impressed with how well these folks were treating us given the pressures they deal with daily.

Horrible service. Staff lacks empathy, even for kids and pregnant women. And often, long lines and 10 min wait to ask a basic question.

Doing the best with what they got. Call first to see if your prescription is ready/being processed, but be ready for there to be a miscommunication. They’re understaffed, (likely) underpaid and over worked. Charge your headphones, bring a book, pack your patience like you would for any health care experience.

I came for a refill at the pharmacy. There were five folks working the pharmacy, notable as this is a smaller single-story CVS store. They were all busy working but they greeted me immediately and I was helped in about 3 minutes. They didn’t have the exact brand in stock but the manager was able to override the computer default and substitute a different brand for the same medication. I waited 20 minutes and picked it up. The small free parking lot had lots of open spaces. Pretty smooth experience.

Tȟathuŋkče hécha! (a bunch o' Buffalo Dung) I went to receive money via Money Gram, this CVC pops-up close by so I go there, when it was time to give me "money" they give me a Money Order instead, on a Sunday... AYFS?! Store manager says they don't give cash. Question, Then why have a Money Gram in your store? Y'all looked halja clueless on how MG works.. ישוע הוא המלך

Advertise walk in Covid shots that they don't have. Probably just to get people in the door.

The core pharmacy staff we worked with deserve all the stars for their kindness and patience given the extreme dysfunction of the CVS app and other external services offered through the store. It’s obvious they have to deal with a lot.

Pharmacy service was horrible. I’ve had prescriptions filled before by a gentleman who was great. Today though was horrible, the pharmacist was unprofessional and refused to advise with prescriptions. My doctor sent my prescription after oral surgery at 10:15am. Upon arrival at 12:40 pm prescription was not ready, waited 20 min with maybe 2 customers during that time for the tech to tell me that it wouldn’t be filled or ready until 3pm? What that’s ridiculous, when asked what the hold up was the tech yells across she’s swamped and argues with me about how I can get my prescription filled at another location if I have a problem. The tech Literally was trying to argue with me and my husband from the back. I asked her name where she refused and a number to customer service, the pharmacist comes up and says I’m being hostile at to stop! I was no where being hostile let alone I couldn’t barely talk due to my oral surgery. All off sudden my prescription was ready and the pharmacist wouldn’t even advise anything to me about new prescriptions. Horrible horrible location!!!
