Don't go here just a warning. The pharmacy and the store are awful. If you go in and ask a store employee when the pharmacy is open and they will tell you they do not know. Lazy people. The store really should close.

I always receive good service at this story but Ryan recently helped me and was AMAZING! He was so proactive that he came up to me to see if I needed help and he walked me through all of the steps to get a passport photo. There was even a small technical issue and he calmly and expertly navigated it and went above and beyond to make sure it turned out perfectly for me. His customer service, and just genuine kindness, were really wonderful and made my visit helpful, smooth, and successful.

This morning I witnessed an employee caught up with one customer concerning a returned item. People were backing up to get assistance, an employee noticed this and immediately approached us with a greeting and quick assessment. He was calm, efficient, and everyone left a satisfied customer. The young gentleman provided customer service so well, he could train new staff to keep the store running smoothly.
I go to the Wallingford CVS to print photos, because the quality and price are great. It’s not in my neighborhood but worth the drive to get this level of service and satisfaction.

Everything is locked up and it’s very frustrating to shop. Staff are very nice and friendly. Pharmacy is good.

I love this pharmacy the people are way friendlier than any other pharmacy I go to and they always seem like they like each other which is just an overall refreshing experience at a pharmacy. I switched to here from Walgreens because my experience is always better

I was told my photo orders were ready for pick up but the employee couldn't find the photos printed so they made me wait for reprinting and then 15 minutes later only to realize they misplaced the photos. Unbelievable.

The pharmacy team were very kind and helpful and prompt. There was little to no line and only a short wait from drop off to pick up. And the store had everything in stock that i needed.

This CVS store rarely has basic things in stock, even when they aren't busy. Shelves are abnormally empty. It's like the restock truck just skips this location so if you're looking for actual CVS store products go to a different store. Staff are lukewarm.
For returns: I tried to do an in-person return of an unopened product I bought online, and the only option was to get a CVS gift card instead of a refund to my credit card which felt a little scummy. I guess this is CVS policy though, not necessarily this store's fault.
For once, I think the pharmacy is better than the actual store itself. (Pharmacy is not part of my 2 star rating)

Slow, inefficient, inept. Two of them first couldn't figure out my prescription coverage, until finally a third person managed to find it, providing no explanation. Then it took them forever to fill it. Why can't they have prefilled bottles of amoxicillin, especially if it takes them more than half an hour to fill a STANDARD size bottle with it. In France, you show up with a prescription with antibiotics, they go get the bottle, you pay, and walk away in under 1 minute. If the French can do it, I assure you, the Americans can too.

This store is filthy and feels unsanitary. Layers of dust on the shelves, trash on the floor, carpets that haven’t seen a vacuum in ages. It really feels icky to be in there and that these people just gave up. There’s usually a crew of several young employees during the day that seem very happy and jovial chatting away like they’re in summer camp. I asked them what can be done about cleaning the place and was told hq sent them only broken vacuums and there’s nothing they can do. I am sure they are in the right place to at least get some dust cloths and a surface cleaner!
The pharmacy staff is great and gets 5 stars.

Been here a few times and the pharmacy is super efficient and friendly! Love going here than any other pharmacy I have been to. They deserve much better reviews.
