In alignment with other reviews this company is EXTREMELY SCAMMY. the monthly fee gets stacked with additional fees for every piece of mail, there are charges for scans, check deposits. Even charges for mail to be sent to you when your done with the mailbox. Plus a 50 cancelation fee.

This company is a scam pretending to be a Grant writing company for colleges. Has continued to send me emails throughout the day from a mailing list that I had submitted for college info. Reported company and patiently awaiting for them to be removed from my mailing list. Please be careful.

I was using them since 2008 with no major issues. Very helpful if you travel a lot and need to check your mail online. There is no other service like it, I wish there were more companies like this.
