I’ve been coming to postmaster Edward for 20 years now, he’s one of the best.”
“I initially went with this place because it was the closest and the cheapest option. Almost half the price if not less than the surrounding options. And with that level of convenience i was expecting to get what I paid for in terms of service and professionalism. But i was pleasantly surprised to be met with the most down to earth and professional manager/staff I could’ve asked for.
The low price is mostly reflected on the build of the units, you can tell the place was built purely on function and not necessarily prioritizing aesthetics, with mostly wooden frames for the units and etc. Which is something i personally don’t mind since there’s a gate code to access the building in addition to the locks for each unit.
Overall I feel lucky to have found a company that gives value and seems run by people who care.”

They also sell mattress bags from twin to king size, though I didn't get a photo of the price.”

“The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful.
Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve tried many mail services in different places in Washington and other states - I am traveling a lot- this is by far the best one. Highly recommended!

“This is my favorite Post Office as it is small and the lines can get long at times and yet you do not feel hurried or set upon by the wait and the staff are professionals with surprising patience and knowledge. “Update 12/5 - I've come in since learning about new ownership and things have improved here! Happy to use their services again.
I've used Lake Union Mail to print my shipping labels and it went from $1 to $2 without notice to print a single piece of paper and slip it in the clear sleeves that UPS/FedEx provide.
I came here for stamps once and when I received my total I knew something was off. When I asked he said they mark them up but didn't transparently provide that info.
The man that works here is super unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to use their services, which is the main reason I won't come back here.”

“ICS works really well for our lifestyle and business, we find the service to be phenomenal! It's better than just a PO box or UPS box because you can register this as your personal business address which is great if you have an online business. The owners and office administrator have always kind to us and our pets. We can see our mail when it's delivered, get it scanned or sent to us wherever we are in the country for a very reasonable price. We know our packages are safe when we can't pick them up immediately. I've never had a problem dropping in to pickup my mail during business hours. We love coming in to use the cozy office space, get a cup of coffee and use their fast internet. I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some negative ones, those are likely outlying situations because overall ICS has been very reliable service over the 3 years we've been with them.”
“Clean, dry, reasonable prices. Acces is 7 days a week, but not 24 hours, but very convenient location makes up for that. I've rented lots of storage spaces in lots of cities and the staff here are by far the best - professional, helpful/informative, and kind!”
“I had to return a heavy box of dinnerware. As I reached the store, saw the door with a PULL sign which can’t be open if you have heavy box in your hands. Luckily some good people were passing by and offered to help with the door. Can something be done about the direction this door opens in since people might have heavy boxes to carry through it? The staff is super helpful once you reach the counter. Deducting one star for the door.”

The woman who works here always helps me find the proper packaging for what I am sending, and takes care of all of the shipping labels for me, which I really appreciate. Every time I have been here she has been efficient and kind, and as a bonus has an adorable pup who hangs out with her in the shop! Would highly recommend going here for all of your shipping needs, especially if you are a college student living in the u district. :)”

the prices are very reasonable. Location is great with several other stores I use right near by. Parking around isn’t too bad either depending on time of day. Whenever I have a question, they are super informative and right on it. Small business quality is becoming far too rare.”

“The line goes fast in here because these guys know what they're doing. Always calm always polite and swift and easy. Best ops on the hill and they always seem to know what you need before you even realize it. All of the hoops and small print Amazon and SHEIN and temu makes you go thru to return anything, these guys make it seamless no matter what the shipment. They just know how to do it correctly and swift and calmly as possible.”

“I had a really positive experience at this USPS branch. The staff were very kind and patient in answering my questions. In particular, I want to thank one of the supervisors who wears glasses. I do not know his name, but he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.
I was confused about why my mail was being sent to my old address, and he quickly helped us identify the issue and resolve it. We also were not very familiar with some USPS tracking and mailing statuses, and he took the time to look into everything for us and patiently answered all of our questions.
I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service.”
