Christmas & co were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even in the face of some really tough situations (like having very few cars available on a super busy weekend). The service was absolutely top notch. Never had such a great experience with a rental company! Christmas S. Is the Assistant Manager and juggled everything with ease from incoming customers, returning vehicles, and phone calls, and still gave a thorough overview of the vehicles being sent out. Very impressed overall.

I have never had a better experience renting a vehicle than I had at Enterprise!! They were SO beyond helpful and kind. When I had to make some changes they made it very easy to do so. When I went to drop off the car there were some differences in the charges than I had originally anticipated. Christmas, the assistant branch manager, not only made it right but he was so apologetic (it was not even Enterprises fault)! This whole experience was so pleasant and if I ever rent a vehicle again this will be where I will be going! Thanks so much Lake City Enterprise :)

I had a great experience the past few weeks with Enterprise. My car was stolen, then found with massive interior damage. Renting from them while getting estimates, etc. was so easy. They picked me up and dropped me off each time I needed a car. The staff was courteous, very helpful and a pleasure to work with during these stressful days. The Lake City Way office was great! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience renting a car through enterprise. I requested a compact vehicle, and received a free upgrade since they were out of the size I requested. I had to modify my return date multiple times during the reservation, and the process is very easy to do online and all charges are laid out clearly. The car given to me was in excellent condition and I had no issues when I returned the vehicle.

Emily Hull was amazing, helped me get a great 4Runner. Even helped me contact an Enterprise car dealership to look at different vehicles. When I dropped the 4Runner off there was no hassle and the other Emily dropped me off at home. This team is amazing and I will rent from here again because of them.
