The two staff members that I worked with were very helpful and friendly. The car had a small scratch before I got it but I did not take a photo of the scratch, he helped me to check the previous car report and confirm that it was not caused by me.

Christmas helped us out with the check out and return of the car at the lake city location. He was friendly and approachable. Gave us his card and answered our questions when we called. One of the most friendly experiences that made me want to review today!
