Xavier was extremely helpful in seeing up an urgent rental while my car was being repaired; staff was kind and efficient in preparing the vehicle and the paperwork; all of them made a tough situation for me as easy as possible - they were great!

The team is really nice and customer obsessed. Provided near by location pick up and drop off for/after my rental. Very much appreciated as it was very hot day.

We have rented two cars through Enterprise Greenwood & have had a great experience both times. Specifically, Xavier S. and Andrew L. were fantastic - calm, professional under pressure, and super friendly. We would go back to rent with them again (as long as Xavier & Andrew are there!)
