The employees that work at FedEx are very unhelpful and cannot answer basic questions about packages. My package was picked up by someone else (stolen) and they can't help me out at all. Can't even tell me if they received it or not. When my email notices say it was picked up from them. Do not use this store!

Can't ship anything unless you already have a printed mailing slip. This is effectively just a drop off location
