The family that owns this company is absolutely wonderful. I used to care for an older members of their family and they were always such a joy to be around. I forget her name but the blonde lady with a sunny personality would come in and randomly give us kimchi and all of their great products :-) please support this business!

I have only had their sauerkraut, but I like the crunchy crispness, fresh taste, and brine (very vinegar-y which is fine by me!).
