UPDATE: I’d like to update my previous review on my donation experience here at the Ballard location. Much better people! Now it’s two lanes, a person directing the flow. It still took me 20 minutes on a Monday afternoon, but it felt better thought out, and now I’m not waiting in the street. Thank you!
