Graham Street Grocery, now called 2801 Marketplace, is a great neighborhood store with a great selection for its size, including food, beer, wine, and household goods. It is known for fresh ginger sourballs. The friendly people and owners are kind and cordial, and the store is clean inside and out. Customers are grateful to have it in the neighborhood, though some note it can be a little pricey and wish it were open more often. Parking can be a minor issue, but it remains a convenient and good stop.

Good place to get Ginger/ Sourballs for those who know what they are and a little pricey!! But fresh ones they don't last either!!

Great stop for us. We enjoyed our time. It was in and out and we found what we was looking for very quickly. The teller was kind, and cordial. The store was clean inside and out. The only thing was the curb side parking.

Great selection for its size. Friendly people. Grateful to have this little store in the neighborhood! I just wish they were open more often :)
