HANA Apartments is a trendy, urban, 4-Star Built Green community in downtown Seattle offering studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments. It features smartly designed, affordable homes with uncompromising quality, including hardwood-style flooring, modern finishes, and clever, thoughtful layouts. Apartments have convenient washer and dryer hookups, oversized windows, sustainable design, and modern kitchens with hard-surface countertops and brand-new appliances. Many units boast stunning views of the water or the city, and the view from the building's roof provides a beautiful, stunning perspective of Seattle. As income-restricted apartments, they provide an accessible option. The building is secured, with security on-site, and includes an Amazon hub for packages. The hallways are nice, clean, and smell decent, and the apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and updated. The office staff is here six days a week, described as very helpful, friendly, professional, attentive, and understanding, with service that is above and beyond. They are fast about grabbing packages and keeping them safe. The maintenance staff is also professional, attentive, prompt, efficient, reliable, and courteous, responding quickly and effectively to requests. However, the area around the building is noted as a bit sketchy, with multiple car alarms heard nightly. A concern is that the front door smells of pee and could be a health hazard. There have also been delays in receiving certain requests due to a lack of follow-up communication. Despite these issues, many residents highly recommend living there, appreciating the spectacular views, open kitchens, and the overall dedicated service.
While there is plenty of Riff Raff outside at all hours of the day and night the building itself is a fairly decent and has a great view from the rooftop decks.
