1st Security Bank just sold one of my loans to this bank ... I just had the worst customer service experience in my life. So, so rude. She didn't give me confidence that she fixed an error of posting my very first mortgage payment to this servicer. Can't wait to pay this particular mortgage off refi to a different bank.

I came to this branch to do a deposit today and was informed they cannot do any cash transactions.If you are a bank, and you had one job, you just failed.I will be closing my account immediately. This is literally a farce.

Not impressed. Just last week my company did a big switch over to the new system for deposits. Almost two hours and still have issues. Have hand many issues with their old system, anticipate nothing better with the new one. I will not be using them for my personal accounts.
