    Doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff is very rude and incompetent, especially the women. They were not able to checkout cars with reservations. Waitedone hour, but the guy couldn’t figure out what to do. Had to leave. Don’t recommend anyone to waste their time.

    Harmony has been the worst rental experience I’ve had through Uber. Their staff speak rudely, show no respect to customers, and handle concerns with arrogance instead of professionalism. They interrupt, talk down to you, and make you feel like you’re a burden. I would strongly advise avoiding Harmony altogether.
