it would be great if the people were actually at the rental desk. ended up just leaving because it’s not worth waiting forever. multiple people ignores us standing at the desk for 30 minutes. also peoples personal information was displayed on the touch screens

Horrible experience renting a car! The manager was refusing to rent me a car with a debit card saying they had no more cars. I go on the website in his face and they were plenty of sedans. He seen a young black Man walk in and automatically said no. It’s sad and frustrating. Do better Hertz!
