They said I brought the car with a empty tank when I literally just put gas in before dropping it off they basically scammed me and couldn’t drop me off at the light rail 3 miles away

Without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I rented a car for a a family member who was flying from Alaska to Seattle. We had a significant investment into this trip. About one hour before the plane was to arrive in Seattle, I received a call from the rental site stating that they had no vehicles of any type. I was on hold with customer service for an hour and a half on this issue. They said that they had the same vehicle at the airport, but the four day rental would cost $600 more. They would not honor the rate at which I had rented the vehicle. This is an unconscionable. We will rent to you at one rate, refuse to provide the vehicle, and then try to triple your cost after you have already flown in from 1000 miles away.

The most common car rental service I choose for trips. The counter staff is very friendly and efficient to process my pick up. He provided me a good car for the trip this time. The return service is smooth as well.

They’re constantly taking up all the chargers at the EVgo across the street. They mostly charge Chevy Bolts to 100%. This is the third time in a month I’ve had to ask an employee if I can use the 350kw charger because they’re at 83% and only pulling 18Kw.

Said they would drop a car off for my partner and reneged the day before when we called to confirm leaving us high and dry. Completely unprofessional.

I see this place has bad reviews but I had a great experience. Flew in and went to the airport car rental and saw a huge line plus they wanted $419 for a car. I went online found this spot and got a car for only $196. Great location and great staff

Incredible customer service from both staff I interacted with: Ty (pickup and drop off) and Jess (reservation -- she said she usually works at a different location). Each of them was genuine and caring, and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Bravo!Yes, the car was great ,too, but that is to be expected. It is SERVICE which sets companies apart. Well done -- I will rent from this location again.

DONT RENT CAR HERE. made Reservation months in advance. Guy calls on a Friday to Cancel SAME day was gonna pickup !! What a joke. Never Rent here. Hertz usually is good this place sucks.

I just bought a car here recently. So far the car is great, what I wish I had change was the car sales person I had worked with. Throughout the process I had so many questions and so many of it left unanswered ? let alone she was not professional at all.If you plan on buying a car here ask for khans, he’s honest, trustworthy, and professional. And then ask for the manager to do the final finance of the car you’re getting.And first of all, if I had started working with these two individuals (khans & the manager) from the beginningthis review would’ve been a 5 starBut unfortunately when I went through it I was sent from one person to the next and ended up with worst car sales lady i had to work with.The cars are great but my experience with the first few car sales was not the best. Especially the lady I was working with in the end.Besides all that was said above.thank you to khans and the manager they were both professional.

Give these employees a break! They are understaffed and doing their absolute best. Rental cars were not being returned on time, therefore leaving the options limited but my friend and I waited penitently and the manager was able to get us a great vehicle for our 5 day stay in Washington. Overall, the employees went above and beyond to help us out!

I completed an after hours turn in of my rental on 14 July at 2100, the rental was due 15 July at 0900. However, the rental was not shown as turned in on the receipt until 17 July at 0853, leading to the company charging me $175 extra. I'm not sure if they thought I wouldn't notice the excessive charges or what is going on. Save yourself the headache and don't trust this Hertz.

I just want to save you some time or anybody who books here some time, I booked an online reservation when I need an emergency car when my car broke down. Sent a confirmation number and everything. Walked in and the guy behind the counter said "oh, we meant to close down reservations yesterday, we don't have car". Geez thank you sir for wasting my time.

Flew over 4 hours from Dallas and had a prior car reservation; when I got there they said "sorry, we don't have any cars" to me and about 20 other people that came in that hour were told the same thing. I was stranded and ended up flying home that afternoon because I had nowhere to go. Didn't receive a phone call, email, nothing.

The absolute worst. I would give no stars if this app allowed.We rented our car 3 wks in advance. Got 2 emails from Hertz the morning of our rental while en route to Seattle from LA, inviting us to check in early via the app. Got to Hertz in Burien, WA and were told in the most emotionless way, no eye contact at all, by Tai, the guy behind the counter, that they had no cars. No explanation. Didn't matter that we had a confirmed reservation.He had to be coerced into calling nearby Hertz for help. We needed the car to travel 2 hrs away for visit w/family. No help from Tai or Hertz customer service. Neither took responsibility for leaving us in the lurch or did anything to help us. We ended up having to take a Lyft.It's not what goes wrong, it's what companies (or individuals) do when something DOES go wrong that counts. Tai and Hertz are the worst in this regard.
