I made a reservation for a sedan and received confirmation that I can pick it up at the location. I arrived and was told the only car available was an SUV and the price was double what I originally reserved. Instead of paying $157, the car ended up costed over $300.

I just got my long term car rental from Hertz in Seattle, and had a great experience at check in to pick up my car. The agent who assisted with my rental was very friendly and helpful in every way possible, and got the car I like at the cost I was quoted when making the reservation. Great customer service!

purchased a car, said we could do it a minimum of 2 hours in advance and paid $50 to uber to the location just for them to say they had no vehicles and basically out of luck.
