This place is life. I never thought I’d be the one to go for group workouts, but HIITLAB does it differently, and they do it RIGHT. There is such a sense of community here, true belonging. All the coaches are so inspiring, funny, and genuine. They meet you where you’re at - no pushing you to potential injury. They push you to push yourself, but remind you to check in with your body through the workout. Every exercise is demonstrated with a wide range of adaptations, from removing impact/injury flares, to adding challenge of you need it. Besides the intense and efficient exercise, this place is truly community-based. They are constantly looking for ways to help and give back to the community they are in. Throughout the year there are fun challenges to help members with self-motivation, but each one is tied to a local charity. Finally, you can get 2 trial classes for just $15! The risk yo rewards ratio couldn’t be better for you, so do it! For you and for your community!

With the hussle and bustle in the area, this location is perfect for before, during and after work , workout . Staff is welcoming and always alert . Staff is always walking the gym to maintain cleanliness and politely enforcing rules . Manager on site is always available to assist with a pleasant attitude.

If you want a challenging and efficient workout, this is for you. If you need a welcoming space that proves exercise is for everyBODY, come on in! Do you want to sweat, laugh, and meet amazing, wonderful people? Sign. Up! Are you scared of hurting yourself, or having someone yell at you for not trying hard enough? Nothing to fear here! The instructors (kind, funny, compassionate, smart people) meet you where you're at. Every exercise is modeled with adaptions to relieve potential pain points/impact, or to make it more challenging. You do you. Lastly, if you want to feel like you're truly part of a community who cares - THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The love within this place radiates out in the firm of numerous charity events throughout the year, designed to challenge you on multiple levels.If after reading all that you're still worried about making a blind leap with a big investment, worry no more! I tried my two classes for $15 (awesome deal!) and I’m signing up for more today. I’m far from a gym person and have several health conditions that make working out stressful for me, but the instructors at HIIT lab have been so supportive and welcoming that I don’t dread navigating any part of the workout process!The structure of each class gives me a way to push myself as hard as I can without going too far, and I don’t have to give a super extra detailed health briefing to access the class either— it just works. The instructors always give several alternatives to higher impact exercises, so if you know something won’t jive with your body (like high impact jumping with bad knees or something) you get some alternatives to try instead, no questions asked! My cardio fitness is currently pretty low, so I also appreciate the flexibility to adjust the treadmill portions appropriately— I’d rather be speed walking than sitting a cardio section out because I can’t jog that fast yet!I love the inclusiveness of the space and the attitude of the classes as a whole. I never thought I’d look forward to going back to the gym but HIIT Lab makes it possible for me, ha! I’m so happy I’ve found a place to get back in shape after major surgery. I’m already feeling a difference in my energy levels after only 2 classes.

I’ve been attending HIIT Lab classes twice a week for the past 5 months and it has been a game changer for me! I am stronger, more energized, and simultaneously feel challenged and accomplished. HIIT Lab has an incredible community of inclusivity and judgement-free zone creating a welcoming space for anyone and everyone in different places of their fitness journey. Highly recommend!

I’ve been loving my workouts at HIIT Lab! It’s been tough getting back into shape after having 3 babies, but this has been a great way to keep work outs fun, fresh, and challenging. Definitely recommend! I’m excited to see what results come from it! ??

A very challenging workout in a high energy, high positivity environment. Of my first 20 classes so far, none have been the same. I always have that moment of doubt…”OMG, can I do this?!”…and that’s when the big push of encouragement I needed comes through from the instructors! Even on the days where I need to take it slower there is praise for making good personal choices. The Hiitlab team wants you to succeed and will cheer you on the whole way —and the classes zoom by!

Love the community and encouragement I've received from Day 1. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable, the space is well-equipped and the workouts are always keeping me challenged. HIIT Lab Rocks!

I've been coming once a week for the past few months and have really been enjoying it. I have had many different instructors and I have always felt challenged (and sore!) with each workout. You can adjust the workout to your ability and it feels more like you are challenging yourself and not competing against others. I will keep coming back!

Love this gym! The trainers are great and don't seem to mind if I modify exercises to fit my needs. I have a lot of old injuries and it's great to find a place that I can feel comfortable taking my own pace while also getting an intense workout.

Don't waste your time with HIIT Lab. Subpar classes in a dark room with overly bassy music. F45 classes so much better.

I love HIIT Lab so much. As a small, locally-owned business, it is a community in and of itself, fostering inclusion and support. The workouts are super challenging, but you can easily modify based upon where you are fitness-wise. Highly recommend!

One of the things I miss most about living in West Seattle is HIIT Lab. The instructors each bring a different flavor and are truly supportive of your fitness journey. Dance Lab on Sundays was super fun. HIIT Lab even took the time to send me a postcard at New Year's to encourage my new goals.

First time caller, long time listener here. I've been an attendee to HIIT Lab for years and it's been a joy since the beginning. Each time I start and stop for a spell, I always have a little surface tension. Especially after my long Covid break from exercise. Always, without fail, I'm glad I went. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and non-judgemental. Cathy, the owner, has done a wonderful job in creating a community that is well rounded, full of joy, and friendly.
