I've never had to jump through so many hoops with a bank on a simple personal checking and savings account in my life.

HS sold my mortgage to NewRez/LoanCare, both unrated BBB businesses with many complaints. I am so disappointed in that poor decision. Their only solution was to sell me a new mortgage at the same interest rate plus fees.
