Lousy customer service. Screwed up a regular transfer to my personal checking account from a trust account, then Charge me in NSF, And gave me the wrong instructions for how to remove the transfer. Twice (Once with an attitude). Don’t recommend to legacy Home Street bank customers.

I had the pleasure of going to this bank recently and had to wait over 20 min for a simple cashiers check. (The process was simple but the manager(s) - there were 3 in the building took their time). On top of that I was still charged for waiting.
