Have been participating in Jazzercise for 40 years. The instructors are inspiring and energetic. The work out allows a person to go high or low impact depending on their point in life (pregnancy, injury or age) Love the different formats, the many choices of times/locations and the convenience of working out from home!

As an out-of-town jazzerciser, it was so much fun to join this Seattle class! They were welcoming and the class was a wonderful work out. Now if I only lived in Seattle....
