I went to KeyBank to get help by Mario Sanchez, he went over and above to assist me with my banking needs. The experience with Mario and the whole West Seattle branch was excellent! I love KeyBank and my bank of choice. I am very happy to be at this branch and Mario now helping me.

I'm glad there is a Key Bank in West Seattle Junction. Since the parking lot has been converted to pay parking, I don't really like doing my banking there. I don't understand why the bank hasn't tried to get the city to remove the tent dweller near their drive-through. I feel unsafe walking in that area.
