My personal experience at key bank particular at this location was a customer service is poor and most of them are from same race and it looks as family owned business. It doesn't look like any other bank plus not a single different race or diversity in this bank???? I can't believe this in 21 century to see keybank not employing other race really Keybank????

Banker lied to me about credit card promotion. I never received any things. I asked him he said wait for 6 months then now is 1 year he called me back and said he didn’t apply the promo code into my account. The branch manager doesn’t help or anything. Stay away from this people. This is brand is bad. 1800 number refused to help and ask me to talk to the banker. They will put you in their game by sending you back and forward.

So far, I'm giving this specific branch a 5 star review. I've just opened an account today, basic savings & basic checking. We shall see how the banks service and the quality of customer service both online and over the phone go. So far though 5 stars. I literally had a 3 minute wait from the time I walked in the door, with no appointment, and was setting up my account with a personal banker. I dealt with "Buzz" Nguyen, "Buzz" set up everything in what seemed to be 20 minutes or so. SUPER FAST, SUPER FRIENDLY IN PERSON BRANCH SERVICE!!! UPDATED: my atm card still hasn't shown up its been overdue. So today I call the 800 # and get hung up on instantly, then call #2 went to a woman who refused me a supervisor, she also lied about the timeline, even by her made up timeline the card was, and is still late. Come to find out the guy "buzz" never put the correct mailing address for my card to go to. I even told this man that this new checking account was a test run to see if I was going to use the for merchant banking also. Well, obviously after this I would never do any business with them ever again. this bank was't as bad as the renton bank of america, but it's pretty bad, to send a new atm card to a random address is banking security at it's worst. After the in store helps lack of following through with putting correct information into the system, and the horrible customer phone service, I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me. DON'T EVER BANK HERE!!!!! EVER!!!

One star because I was here yesterday, July 2nd, and multiple employees were not wearing masks despite the state law requiring face masks in all indoor places. I asked an employee about this and they claimed that masks were only required when working with customers. Other than this, the bank was fine, employees were polite and helpful. But I will not return here due to safety concerns given the absence of masks.

So we closed our account because they charged us $700.00 in last fees for $20.00 worth of charges, 2 charges. It was at a negative for a month. I didn’t realize because well I work a lot lol. They never closed it and continued to charge me for being under $50.00
