Wow. After calling 10 times in a row no one is there to answer. But yet there's someone there to hang up on me. Sad. Can't even keep enough employees around to be able to answer the phone.

My personal experience customer service are very hard to understand them and most of the are same race and it looks as family running business. It doesn't look like any other bank plus not a single different race or diverse in this bank???? I can't believe this in 21 century. Keybank????

So we closed our account because they charged us $700.00 in last fees for $20.00 worth of charges, 2 charges. It was at a negative for a month. I didn’t realize because well I work a lot lol. They never closed it and continued to charge me for being under $50.00
