King of the Hill is a solid minimart and corner store market in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The service is always quick and easy, providing a solid in-and-out-in-30-seconds experience. The employees are awesome and provide the best customer service with a smile. The main employee is super chill and creates a welcoming environment, often chatting with regulars. It is a convenient stop for the neighborhood and makes for a nice walk back into downtown.
I'm living right above this place and it's so friendly and convenient. I literally went there to buy electrical tape but they didn't have any and the king let me use the buildings supply. <3

Everyone knows this is the spot! Employees are super kind and relaxed and conversational. Open late and in walking distance from the dicks burgers up the street, so it pairs well if you’re on a mission.

I live in the neighborhood and stop by often, it's reasonable cap hill prices and always quick and easy. The main guy who's always there seems super chill, I've just chatted with him a few times, but mainly it's just a solid in-and-out-in-30-seconds minimart ?
