I’m giving 4 stars to Jonah today he was the only one on staff in a room full of folks (WHY?!) yet very calm, supportive and patient during my blood draw. Making an appt is the way to go (a month out for me) at this location if you don’t want to wait hours esp this time of year.

Yes it’s understaffed but it’s organized well, the check in is easy, and the woman who does it all is efficient and very nice. I’ve been several times and my experience has always been good. They do need a way for people to ask questions though.
