There are short-term leasing options and a cheap deposit. However, numerous consistent drawbacks are reported. The leasing and renewal process can be frustrating, disorganized, and inefficient, with poor communication between teams and a problematic application system. Safety and security are major concerns, with reports of homelessness and crime, including unhoused individuals sneaking into the building and cars frequently being broken into inside the parking garage. There is no security guard, only some cameras. The rooftop, while having great views, is poorly maintained, with broken amenities and issues like pet waste. I am sorry this place has a roach problem. They have sprayed place multiple times and they still have not clean it up.. They never followed up with pest control. You will be living with roaches entire time you live here..
