Change your marketing. Advertising in Spanish only as though English speaking people might not be interested in what you have to offer is a load of crap. It doesn’t bother me if you put advertisements with both English and Spanish and I love Spanish speaking people, but this is America, not Mexico so if you’re going to make Spanish exclusive advertising , then I’m going to Home Depot because I can at least get an English-Spanish combo advertisement. Poor decision making on your part unless you feel that the Spanish only speakers of the Seattle area are the main demographic you care about as customers, and if that’s the case, keep up the good work. I’ll just start shopping with the rest of my Spanish-English speaking friends over at the Home Depot.

If you're buying lumber: DON'T Park Infront of the store -- instead, park around back (south side of building) -- the lumber AND lumber carts are all over there.
Also, there is a cashier by that entrance, which makes the process of buying lumber super fast & streamlined.
Lumber associate was VERY helpful -- he helped me sort through plywood sheets (to find the least chipped panels) -- and made several cuts without needing any other info from me.

I had been a loyal Best Buy client for all appliance purchases for the last 15 years until this week. I purchased a washing machine and delivery/install was a complete debacle. After 3 scheduled installation appointments, that never resulted in the installation happening, I ordered online from Lowe’s.
My washer was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours from ordering.
Thank you Lowe’s for setting a new standard of customer service. I really appreciate how they got the job done. You have a new appliance customer.

Trying to get anything cut here is such a bigger pain than Home Depot
lol they couldn’t do a delivery either. They took the order and then on delivery day said they couldn’t charge the card. Tried three different cards and then customer service said I’d have to go to a store and maybe they could figure it out. I just canceled the whole thing what a mess.

Who doesn’t know Lowe’s? They’re getting better. Reasonable prices for pretty much anything except tools. Amazon is more competitive than Lowe’s or Home Depot for tools. Always comparison shop for prices.
