Visitor parking can be validated with a QR code on the ground floor, though a new payment system now charges a $1 service fee. Overall, the experience is quick, clean, and well‑staffed, though the waiting area could use improvement.
The wait time was short (5 min) and the phlebotomist found my vein with no issues easily on the first try! Usually finding the vein is a whole process for me, so I was so thankful how well it went. Getting my testing was quick and easy.
