Horrible place. Really bad experience and the slurpee Indians who work there were very rude and acted like they were better than everyone else. They also lied about how much my monthly bill was and when asked about it they hit me with a bunch of drag and refused to address the issue. When my next payment is due I will not pay it. I'm gonna check out Boost mobile.

Was only supposed to have internet but the representative put a phone and four tablets on my account without my knowledge. I was told this by a phone representative for Metro. I was also supposed to be on auto pay which they did not set up. Once the bill was due I owed almost $250 from the extra stuff they put on my account. It's a good thing the person at the call center fixed the issue. The reps in this place are scammers.

Horrible. I think the associates here just truly enjoy arguing and scamming people and being as unhelpful as possible. Initially my phone service was cancelled because the autopay I asked Metro to set up was not set up correctly when they assured me it was. I needed it on auto when I was travelling and not using the phone number. The number was deactivated. I have never missed a payment. I asked to turn the service back on with the phone number I have had for years. He said the number was lost and gone, and I had to argue this until it was turned back on with my number. Obviously it was not lost and gone, he was just inept and markedly unhelpful. Additionally, they sold me an awful phone I had for less than a week that they said I could return if I did not like. When I took time out of my work day to return it they would not let me return it and scammed me out of my money. The partial refund I received was in torn cash bills. The associate I spoke to lied and said it was not him who I bought the phone from when it was clearly him. They kept me in the store for over an hour making me sit and stand and sit and stand and wait. Eventually I was too exhausted and fed up that I left. I have been happy with Metro for years and recommending it to others. Do not go to this location for anything at all.

This new employees are scammers I went to activate my new phone and they offered me a tablet for free and I accepted but when I was about to leave he said that I still had to pay a tax fee for it at the beginning he said that I had to pay 15 but when I tried to put my card in he was trying to charge me 40 dollars instead of 15 and I asked him why I have to pay 40 dollars if u told that it was 15 at the beginning but then he said it was because of the activation so I told him I didn't want it then, he was like okay then I will charge u 15 just because I am nice. lol becarefull people

This is the worst store I have ever encountered. Customer Service is worthless. Since moving to this area, I have come to this store three other times and were told they could not help me and to call in to customer service. Today I needed have service switched to another phone I owned when I was with T-Mobile because my metro phone was exposed to water. They told me my phone was locked and I needed T-Mobile to unlock. I recalled I had unlocked the phone but did go to T-Mobile. The rep showed me my phone was unlocked and available for any other carrier. I told her I was just sent by metro and they were no help. She said she has heard many complaints and highly suggested I go to the kiosk at South Center Mall. Because of the program I am on, I have to use Metro. I am looking desperately to switch out of Metro asap!!!

I called and asked specifically for the iPhone 11, and they said they had it, I made the trip and dove for 30 min just so they can tell me that they just sold it, what a way to make business, very unprofessional, they don't even deserve 1 star. liars SOBS.

Employee was asked to not turn on the old phone so that the text messages would go to the new one. He then proceeded to power it on, says he can move them over, doubles back and says he can't, and that the messages are lost forever.

I visited this location on 11/21/22 Seems anytime I visit this store, always top notch service and I always receive the help needed. I’ll be back soon because I’m getting a replacement phone that’s on the way that I’ll need help setting to a different phone number.

Not very good service friendly yes didn't know that much about the phone plan when I asked if I can change my number he said I couldn't but then when I called the 1-800 number changed it right away you can only do it once in every plan and he didn't know that

I gave it 2 stars because of things I recently found out and I was not happy about it, my phone is locked and the phone I wanted wasn't in stock and I was really disappointed and the phone numbers are just assigned to you whereas at another place they give you a small list to choose from and the staff they keep changing ?.

I had the best experience at this store the gentleman Jose Colonel WAS the best representative I could have asked for he went over and way beyond customer service!!!!! Total sweet heart helped me with the issue i was having on top keeping appointments with him to get the help i needed!!! He should be given a raise promotion something I am SO greatful for his help he had to have been god sent for me. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH!!!!! JOSE COLONEL you rock. I hope I spelled your name right if I didn't my apologies I just really wanted to say Thank You again so much!!! I probably would have had severe melt down in the store lol WHITE CENTER METRO PCS totally rocks!!!!! Happy Customer since 2017

do not go to the store in downtown seattle tried to charge me a extra $100.00 for a phone then told me i coudnt get my present metro pcs phone number on the new phone for 30 days my phone was stolen yesterday so i went to metro pcs to buy a new one price gouging lying to customers fire these people and get some honest people working for you i have outstanding credit of over $700.00 i think i want my money back and go to another carrier no stars no stars NO STARS NO STARS FOR THE STORE ON 3RD DOWNTOWN SEATTLE
