Bud customer service they sele me a phone with no charge went I whe back is ask , they want $40 just for the ,Plus David has but customer service.

I called and asked specifically for the iPhone 11, and they said they had it, I made the trip and dove for 30 min just so they can tell me that they just sold it, what a way to make business, very unprofessional, they don't even deserve 1 star. liars SOBS.

Employee was asked to not turn on the old phone so that the text messages would go to the new one. He then proceeded to power it on, says he can move them over, doubles back and says he can't, and that the messages are lost forever.
