Stacey is absolutely amazing! I feel so supported in every way and my body is stronger and flexible and I immediately found it easier to start doing the things I love again! Highly recommended!!!

Stacey is a fantastic strength trainer. Her virtual strength camps are fun, adaptable, and varied. She creates such strong community among the participants, too. Most importantly, she is fat-friendly, welcoming, and inclusive.
