This is a great gym for anyone who would love to get started in boxing , they have early classes and late classes to fit anyones schedule . The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive. The community is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend trying a class for yourself!

Coach Manny is a great coach. Nothing but respect, good energy, and top notch knowledge is what he brings to the table. Always felt very welcome each time I have been to the gym. Thanks coach Manny!!!!
