The rate is affordable. For the spot that that they're in they were pretty quiet considering what goes on around that neck of the woods. The room we occupied had a full size bed,dirty carpet,nasty walls and a great showing T.V!

Not bad, close to some stores, Cable TV was decent, rooms were okay.
