I've banked with USbank for years, and I have no idea why. They talked me into a high fee account promising that they would wave fees. Just realized they've been charging me fees for the last year after waving them for 9 years. Such a low integrity organization.

US Bank has the worst customer service.. They now charge for cashiers checks. They have use of all my cash to loan to others, yet they charge me for a simple piece of paper. Never get a home loan thru US Bank. They change loan officers so often, they can't follow thru. Never use this bank. I am closing all 10 of my accounts... read full comment

I work in the CityCentre building and use US Bank for simple transactions: counter deposits/withdrawals and credit card payments. I have never had a bad experience as everyone and I mean EVERYONE that I have dealt with or even looked at in this branch has been SUPER nice.
