QFC is a decent supermarket and a great store, well stocked with thousands of quality food and household products. It is easy to access by multiple bus routes and the trolley, with an upper parking lot and underground garage parking. Note that parking validation is only for a half hour. The store has updated self-checkout machines and is rarely has a long line. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, due to its location close to downtown Seattle, there are usually unsavory types and homeless persons outside the entrance. The store has increased its security; there is security and police checking receipts at the exit. There is no public bathroom. Some customers report unpleasant experiences with security and management, feeling unfairly profiled or treated with unprofessional rudeness.
